The Or Foundation's Speak Volumes campaign calls on brands to disclose their annual production numbers for transparency, to reduce textile waste, and to address the root problem of overproduction.
In September 2024, an activation in support of the initiative was launched in Times Square, which included multiple digital billboards and the performance artist Jeremy Hutchison, who made appearances throughout New York City during Fashion Week as the clothing waste zombie.
Working at the intersection of environmental justice, education and fashion development, The OR Foundation's mission is to identify and manifest alternatives to the dominant model of fashion.
